Above & Beyond For Change, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Orlando, Florida (EIN 85-2228853). This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because our practices are simple.
What we collect
- When you contact us. Your name, email address, and whatever you write in your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked about volunteering or partnering, to follow up about opportunities.
- When you subscribe to updates. Your email address, used to send program news, event notices, and impact stories. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.
- Basic server logs. Our web host records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This is used for security and troubleshooting.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Donations
Donations are processed by PayPal on PayPal’s own secure pages. Card and bank details are entered on PayPal’s site, never on ours. We do not see, handle, or store your payment information. PayPal’s handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to acknowledge your gift and issue a tax receipt.
Cookies
This site uses the minimum cookies needed to function. During the current design-review period, one additional cookie remembers a colour-scheme preference for reviewers; it contains no personal information and will be removed before public launch. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Photographs and video of program participants
Photographs and video from our events appear on this site and on our social media. Notice of this is included on the event invitations and flyers provided to families in advance. If you are a parent or guardian and would like a photograph or video of your child removed, contact us and we will take it down promptly. No explanation is required.
Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email nisha@aboveandbeyondforchange.org and we will respond.
Links to other sites
This site links to news outlets, YouTube, and PayPal. Once you follow a link, that organization’s privacy policy applies, not ours.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
